Hatha Yoga (in English, max. 9 participants)"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self to the self". Traditional Hatha Yoga to calm down the mind and challenge the body. Yoga helps to increase flexibility, strength and concentration as well as to recover your mind from a busy day. We will start our class with a short meditation which will be followed by variations of the sun salutation and different positions (asanas). We will end the class with a deep relaxation and breathing techniques (pranayama).
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel for the mat, a pair of socks and optional a blanket (or scarf/cardigan) to cover during relaxation.
