Meditation mantras are sacred words or short phrases which we use to quieten the mind and enter into a more meditative consciousness. At times outer distractions such as noises or our own mental chatter can make it difficult to enter into meditation. Mantra meditation can be a very effective tool to calm the mind and quickly enter into a meditative state. Your body begins to rest deeply and your nervous system calms down. During the course you will be introduced to classic and simple mantras that you repeat silently. You will also receive instructions on how to meditate, how to incorporate a daily practice and get educated about the specific energy that each and every mantra holds within. This class will be online on Zoom, you just need a quiet place, comfortable clothes and a seat, you don´t have to sit on the ground. You can use any computer, tablet or smartphone that has a reliable internet connection. The access code will be sent to you by email on 20.4. Therefore, please register by 19.4.
